1. When Can You Return or Exchange?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

• The item is in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unperfumed

• All tags, labels, and packaging are still intact

• We sent you the wrong item, the wrong size, or something arrived damaged

• You ordered the wrong size and need a better fit (we’ll help with that too!)

Items marked as "final sale" or purchased under "Flash Deals -30% or more" are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Need a Different Size or Color? Let’s Swap It!

• One free exchange per order

• Just send the item back to us—we’ll cover the reshipping cost for the new one (if available)

• If your requested size/color is sold out, you can pick another item or receive a store credit

We encourage you to consider and choose carefully for your order, in some cases we may refuse your return request.

3. Prefer a Refund? We’ll Keep It Friendly

If you’d rather return the item completely, here’s how it works:

• We offer a full refund (product price only) within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item

• Express shipping fees ($4.99) are non-refundable

• You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)
